Feature Requests

Other RV inspectors and I have customers who like the Request List feature, but the current output provides little to no information to identify the coach when it is submitted to a dealership. This can be resolved by adding an option to start the request list with the Inspection cover page.

Instead of having to capitalize the first word in the picture description it would be very nice if it was just automatic.

Be able to select-sort the order of library comments. The favorites feature is nice but still does not allow us to organize library comments effectively.

It would be nice to be able to review the summary with the client on mobile

When any email bounces. Please forward the bounce to the inspector and owner of the company via email, text, or in app. My personal preference would be a text.

Add support for us to load 360 photos (like a home tour) to the end of the report!

When you click a chapter section on the mobile app that column opens up and shows you each sub section in that chapter. When you choose another chapter, the previous one stays expanded. After two or three of these you start to get a very long list. Would it be possible to have the option to tick and cause the left menu to open and close each chapter automatically as the user picks a new one. Note- The desktop version only allows one section at a time to be expanded out.

Some of my clients are having a problem with the date format in ScribeWare and find it confusing. In Europe and the rest of the world, the date format is dd/mm/yyyy, but in America, it is mm/dd/yyyy. Look at this example: 02/06/2026 – is it 2nd June 2026 (Europe) or 6th February 2026 (America). Is there a way to change the date format to dd/mm/yyyy, or even Feb/06/2026? It has legal consequences, as sometimes reports are used in court cases in South Africa.
